Classes are created for students whether in a studio, corporate environment, small private group, individual or couples. The introduction of the Hatha Yoga practice will start with relaxation and centering. Once we start the active warming of the body we move into standing Asanas to build strength and stamina. We slow our practice down and settle into a welcome Savanasa to end our practice.
Buddhist teacher Pema Chodron explains: “Practice isn’t about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. It’s about befriending who we are already. The ground of practice is you or me or whoever we are right now, just as we are.
